Welcome to our charity’s BIG 657 Quiz! This family friendly social event will test your knowledge, but also in true Muscle Warrior spirit, you’ll find it entertaining, engaging and perhaps on occasion hilarious! Check out the schedule below, pop a date in your diary and join us.

Designed to enable our beneficiaries and families across the country feel less isolated and more connected, long-standing Muscle Warrior volunteer and Quiz Master extraordinaire Mr Jeremy (aka Jem) Silverstone hosts this fun monthly virtual event.

The vast majority of our families are hardened shielders, that’s why having some playful distractions, things to look forward and amazing prizes to be won – what’s not to like, right? As we say, that’s the #PowerOf657!

If you and your family have taken part in our BIG 657 Quiz, you’ll know that it’s not just about the winning team with the most points, but about the taking part and most notably the mid-point break chatter and post event social interaction, an opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones. “All the essential ingredients for a memorable event are provided by our fantastic Quiz Master. There are usually six rounds. Trust me when I say they are imaginative, original, and inventive. It’s free and it’s fun! Questions are optimized for the online quiz format, delivered via the Zoom platform.

I recall being introduced to Jem – we chatted, and he mentioned that if ever the charity wanted to run a quiz event, he would be happy to help. Hosting the charity’s first ever quiz event in April 2013 at The Lamex Stadium, Stevenage Football Club, Jem was a hit with all the families that attended – it was a brilliant night. The rest as they say is history!

I happen to know that his real passion in life is pineapple crumble! Despite his advanced years, I think he still plays a bit of footy and loves nothing more than revelling in the muddy-mosh-pit at Glastonbury!

Married to his long-suffering wife for over 30yrs, they have two beautiful children. In 2012, he fulfilled three major ambitions 1) to take part in the Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies 2) to cage dive with great white sharks and 3) to survive a bungee jump! In echoing his beloved Spurs footy team’s motto ‘to dare is to do’ and whilst he’s certainly done that… never ever forget that on our BIG 657 Quiz events… the Quiz Master is always right!”
