2024/25 sees the charity celebrate its 21st Anniversary - our mission is to deliver 657 transformational, highly personalised interventions called Muscle Dreams for vulnerable children, young people, young adults (8-28yrs) with Muscular Dystrophy, and their families, who live in the UK. That’s one life-changing, cherished moment-in-time for every muscle in the human body. 533 will have been fulfilled by the end of April '24, leaving 124 to go!

Our compelling beneficiary stories speak volumes - each one powerfully demonstrates our charity's impact but we need help to deliver more. Can you help tell our story? And despite the impact on income generation due to the pandemic and now the cost-of-living crisis, we remain resolute in our efforts to improve mental and emotional wellbeing, reduce feelings of isolation, improve confidence, boost self-esteem whilst inspiring, motivating and giving joy via our virtual, therapeutic Muscle Dream interventions and our in-person Muscle Dream programmes.
