| “We’re in this together” a phrase coined by COVID-19 that’s still frequently heard – we know just how much our vulnerable community needs our support during these difficult times. Never before has the charity’s Muscle Warrior ethos meant so much to so many. Whilst most of our beneficiaries and families across the country are still shielding, the one thing that binds us together is that infectious tribal spirit that gives a real sense of belonging, often referred to as ‘a family within a family’ – it projects positivity, optimism and hopefulness. The short videos below will live on in the memories of those young people, their families and our volunteers, all fully-fledged Muscle Warrior fans!
