When Covid-19 and lockdown reached the UK in March 2020, our beneficiaries and families across the country felt increasingly vulnerable, anxious and isolated. Our selfless band of Muscle Warrior Volunteers rallied!

Many inspiring video messages were recorded by them to bring a smile that amplified and projected our charity's STRONGER TOGETHER ethos - our community remain forefront in our thoughts during this testing time.

Matt's muscletastic message of support

Not only is Matt a true Muscle Warrior but also, the ultimate frisbee man who loves maths & meatballs! He joined the charity’s Board in January 2020 as Treasurer & Trustee. Keen to devote his financial skills to help the charity thrive, his input to date has been exceptional, especially during these testing COVID-19 times.

Jasmine joined us as our official Volunteer Photographer attending the Rugby Muscle Dream Programme Experience at Twickenham, in 2018. Professional with a friendly, warm and caring disposition, she was a fabulous addition to the team and we hope to see her again on future Muscle Dream Programmes!
