Calling all Muscle Warrior families across the UK. It’s time to party! Pop on your fav Christmas jumper for this fun, immersive, seasonal wellbeing intervention, filled with laughter and a little silliness! Prepare to have spirits lifted as the charity’s much anticipated BIG Family Laughter Christmas Party kicks off.

Whilst the charity’s beneficiary age range is 8yrs to 28yrs, everyone is welcome on this inclusive virtual event designed for families… from mums, dads, brothers and sisters to uncles, aunties, cousins, and nieces, you’re all welcome to join in the festive frivolity!

BRINGING OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER
The charity is once again looking to bring together Muscle Warrior families from across the UK for a Christmas party like no other! There will be lots of connection through several different laughter activities, some funny games that can be played over the festive period with the goal to keep the laughter trickling through the coming weeks.
All participating families will receive
- Two hours of seasonal fun and laughter (with a break of course) delivered by our very own Christmas Laughter Elf, the one and only Harriet Brady-Jackson of Laughtercise, a fully-fledged Muscle Warrior who has worked with and volunteered for the charity on several projects over several years.
- Harriet has been teaching since 2016. She has worked with the NHS and many of the UK’s ‘Best Companies’ – unsurprisingly, her services are in demand and as ever, we’re blessed to have her in our world. Check out laughtercise.co.uk
- One JustEat e-gift card to the value of £30.00 per family. Something to look forward to and our way of showing that we’re by your side this Christmas. We know that the cost-of-living crisis is impacting many families across our community, so we hope this little treat helps.
