KNOW AN AMAZING MUM WHO SO DESERVES SOME TIME OUT?
Mums are extraordinary! We know that our Muscle Warrior mums are a rare breed, furiously juggling the responsibilities of day-to-day life, not least caring, managing the household, and working. We know these tasks and activities can cause stress, and as result can have negative effects on health. If you know a remarkable mum that needs some time out, nominate them now!
OVERVIEW – STOP, PAUSE & BREATHE!
Time for exhausted mums (you know who you are) that need a little extra support to stop, pause and breathe. Prepare to have stress levels reduced, blood pressure lowered, sleep quality improved and anxiety relieved. An injection of Muscle Warrior self-care, experience deep relaxation with a wonderful Yoga Nidra session. Leave refreshed, recharged and restored.
A LITTLE GIFT OF MINDFULLNESS FOR PARTICIPATING MUMS!
We all know that old habits must be softened and replaced with new ways of thinking, so the charity is also including a month of Muscle Warrior mindfulness in the form of 31 beautifully designed daily mindful affirmation cards to support those incredible mums that just keep going – we like to think of this little gift as a daily dose of mindfulness bringing a sense of inner peace to those courageous and strong mums who join us on this programme.
WHO IS DELIVERING THIS WELLBEING PROGRAMME
Facilitated by the wonderful Harriet Brady-Jackson, a fully-fledged Muscle Warrior who has worked with and volunteered for the charity on several projects, Harriet brings a calm, caring and feel-good disposition that will quickly put mums at ease. Teaching since 2016, Harriet has worked with small groups of people, with children in schools and the NHS as well as many of the UK’s ‘Best Companies’ – once again, we’re truly blessed to have her in our world, bringing her tranquil ways-of-being to those most in need.
