WHO IS DELIVERING THIS PROGRAMME:
Spicing up conferences and team building events in her own charismatic way, this programme will be facilitated by the wonderful Harriet Brady-Jackson of Laughtercise, a fully-fledged Muscle Warrior who has worked with and volunteered for the charity on several projects.
Teaching since 2016, Harriet has worked with the NHS and many of the UK’s ‘Best Companies’ – unsurprisingly, demand for her services is high and we’re truly blessed to have her in our world. For more information, visit: www.laughtercise.co.uk

Delivered via Microsoft Teams, the charity has come up with a laughter plan, based on a fun, exhilarating and immersive therapeutic experience like no other. We want to ensure this session is supportive and engaging for children, that it lifts spirits, and that participants are set up for the summer ahead!
