Ben is Westlife’s biggest fan and has seen the boy band more than 15 times. The Muscle Help Foundation managed to go one step further and arrange for Ben to meet the Irish crooners before they took to the stage at Wembley arena. After the exclusive experience, Westlife dedicated a song to Ben in front of 10,000 fans.

“If I could make a moment last forever, this would be the one that I choose” Ben told us after his Muscle Dream.
