As part of our growing relationship between Capital Consulting and The Muscular Help Foundation, I recently invited Michael to join our company away-day held near Windsor on Friday 11th July, 2003. His energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude inspired us all. Michael explained the challenges he has overcome in his incredible life and the extraordinary feat in reaching the North Pole last year through an engaging presentation.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael as a truly passionate speaker. He articulates with authority, engaging his audience both emotionally and intellectually. He communicates with power, sensitivity and humour in a measured, eloquent, humble and controlled style. I can honestly say that he left our business both awestruck and honoured to have met a man who has not just overcome adversity but had the ability to completely remove adversity from his dictionary.
His delivery was not only professional and motivating but also brilliantly positioned in addressing the responsibility we have in our industry for supporting the goals and career aspirations of people with disabilities instead of creating further barriers through misguided preconceptions.
