Lorraine Kelly to host MHF Fundraiser

Hosted by Lorraine Kelly (a Patron to The Muscle Help Foundation), the charity is holding its fourth London fundraiser with a subtle Christmas theme on Tuesday 16th November from 6.15pm to 10.30pm at the prestigious Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall. The aim of the evening is to raise funds so more Muscle Dreams can be delivered for children with Muscular Dystrophy and to generate further awareness about the work of the charity.

Father Christmas helping to deliver Muscle Dreams

An auction on the night conducted by former England cricketer Chris Cowdrey will include an exciting array of items and all funds raised will help the charity to provide further joy to children with Muscular Dystrophy and their families through its Muscle Dreams programme.

Lorraine Kelly"Muscle Dreams are fantastic experiences that I know really transform lives. Their impact can be seen not just for beneficiaries but also the family. Muscular dystrophy is a devastating muscle wasting disease that robs sufferers of their mobility, independence and finally, for those with the most severe type, predominantly children, their lives. I’m so proud to be a Patron for this charity and of being an honorary Muscle Warrior - I look forward to meeting many of you on the night at the Royal Automobile Club", said Lorraine.

You have not only made our little boy's 'Muscle Dream' come true but also his entire family. The added surprises and little touches were so very special... we felt like royalty!

There will be a door raffle for a very special Christmas star prize, in keeping with this year's festive theme! When registering on arrival, each guest will be asked to buy one £20.00 ticket, ensuring that the costs of the evening are covered.

The event will once again be held in the Committee Room, one of the RAC’s principal and most stylish entertaining rooms. Chaps must wear ties & jackets (Club rules). Enjoy some fine wines and exquisite canapés and participate in our auction which kicks off at 8.00pm. There will be an opportunity to meet the charities co-founder and CEO Michael McGrath.

The charity is anticipating a full-house with many guests joining the evening for a 4th year in succession. If you can't join us on the night, please click our Donate Now button as every penny counts!

This is an invitation only event - however, if you would like to join us with a view to becoming for example a new sponsor or corporate partner or perhaps your business may be interested in funding one or more Muscle Dreams in the future, please email details to the charity’s co-founder and CEO Michael McGrath at ceo@musclehelp.com
