"Muscles universally bind us together - they enable us to perform, to make a difference. Employees for example represent the muscles that bind the organisational fabric together – without them, organisations would cease to function" [MHF Chief Executive - Michael McGrath]
In assessing the impact and success of a partnership, there are a number of social value measures that both charities and business sometimes apply; the list below is by no means exhaustive but gives an indication of those factors that MHF may suggest that for example could be integrated as part of a Charity of the Year collaboration that might involve community participation:
1. Having an MHF / Muscle Champion in your company
2. Employee surveys that establish awareness of cause
3. Customer surveys that show knowledge and perception of MHF
4. Beneficiaries ie. no. of muscle dreams fulfilled, time bought etc
5. Financial goals met or exceeded as a result of partnership
6. Co. survey establishing no. of employees/branches involved
7. On/offline media coverage ie. column inches, editorial etc
8. Data capture ie. contacts made for MHF via partnership
9. Feel good factor ie. community feedback, online messages, event feedback, letters, customer comments etc
