The pace of our society today presents us all with individual challenges, but my greatest admiration lies with those less able who achieve so much more and become mentors for us all. Michael McGrath is one of those individuals.

As a seasoned HR professional and through HR Gateway, I am constantly exposed to the challenges facing business today. There are many lessons to be learned when embracing CSR and Diversity as corporate issues. Michael's inclusive proposition through The Muscular Help Foundation is one not to be ignored when considering the business case.
