I am amazed by the journeys human beings endure particularly the first exploration successes like Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing on Everest and Scott at the Antarctic. This is why I give my full support to Michael McGrath and the pole2pole team. It is not the fact that as a physically disadvantaged person he is doing this journey, it is THE fact that they are the first to do the two poles and they are making the statement that no task is to great if the desire to complete the journey comes from the heart.
