Welcome to the home of The Muscle Help Foundation. We’re a unique national family charity that works tirelessly to help fulfil the cherished dreams of children and young people suffering from the muscle wasting disease, Muscular Dystrophy.
It’s been our passion for nearly a decade, but it is not a project we can do alone. We need your support to make these Muscle Dreams a reality, so please take a moment to find out more about our vital work.

There are 657 muscles in the human body and our goal is to deliver a Muscle Dream for every single one of them - and much more besides.
The number 657 is so important, we have created a monthly donation plan around it.

Our specialised team deliver amazing, unforgettable, once in a lifetime experiences for children and young people with muscular dystrophy. The magic in the Muscle Dreams is that they are always tailored to the highly personal wishes of our beneficiaries.
